You waive any right to make any claim against OCA or any of its directors, officeholders, employees, or contractors regarding any information, course, or course materials provided to you or upon which you may have relied.
You agree not to commence any proceedings or take any action to enforce or maintain any claim against OCA or any of its directors, officeholders, employees, and contractors.
You agree to indemnify OCA and each of its directors, officeholders, employees, and contractors against any liability, loss, or costs arising from any breach by you of this agreement.
"Claim" means any claim, action, proceeding, or entitlement, whether past, present, or future, whether known or unknown, which you or any other person has or might have under or arising out of or in any way connected to a contract or other arrangement with us.
"Us/we/our" refers to Online Courses Australia Pty Ltd ACN 155 885 242. Users of this website are directed to the Privacy & Security Notice.
Enrolment Agreement
As an OCA student, you:
Acknowledge and confirm your acceptance of OCA’s “Terms and Conditions.”
Agree to abide by and adhere to OCA’s “Terms and Conditions” at all times.
Understand the responsibilities associated with course fees and payment plan requirements.
Course Materials and Resources
Courses are provided in an online learning environment and may not be downloadable. The content in the online course materials, including copyright and all other intellectual property contained therein, remains the property of OCA. Course materials and assessments are subject to change. Course access is granted for lifelong learning. Course study hours are estimates only.
Course materials are provided online via our award-winning Learning Management System (LMS) 24/7. Course materials include online resources such as interactive and written learning content, videos, quizzes, and assessments. The LMS may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
Assessment and Quizzes
Assessments are included in courses that lead to a pathway qualification and other courses deemed appropriate. Quizzes are included in most courses.
Course Withdrawal and Refunds
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of fees paid under the following conditions:
Additional fees incurred through late or failed payments via our payment plan providers such as, (Debit Success, Student Pay) must still be paid in full. To withdraw from a course, you must submit a formal request via the "Request to Withdraw" form.
Requesting Withdrawal After the Cooling-Off Period
Refunds are not offered beyond the 7-day cooling-off period due to the significant intellectual property and goodwill associated with our courses. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us at 1300 611 404 or via email at [email protected] inserting "OUTSIDE COOLING OFF PERIOD" in the subject line. If you are outside the cooling-off period, you have several flexible options:
Course Commencement
Unless otherwise agreed, the course commencement date will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access.
Course Changes and Updates
OCA is dedicated to providing students with the most current and relevant information. Therefore, we may periodically update, change, or amend our courses to ensure they remain up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
Course Access and Completion Requirements
For the purposes of this policy, "engagement" is defined as regular interaction with course materials, including but not limited to login activity, progress updates, or other metrics as determined by the institution.
Course Transfer
Course transfers are permitted if you wish to withdraw from studies and can find a replacement, subject to OCA’s “Terms and Conditions.” Course transfer applications will be processed in accordance with OCA’s “Terms and Conditions.” Processing times for course transfers may take between 7 to 20 business days.

Credit Voucher
All credit vouchers/discount coupons have the following conditions of use:

Fees and Charges
By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) using the payment method you selected under the course enrolment agreement. You are required to pay the total amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.
Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources, such as online interactive resources, online PDFs, or workbooks, depending on the course of study chosen.
Debit Success - Payment Plan (Interest-Free Payment Terms)
OCA offers an interest-free payment plan. By enrolling online or over the phone, you are deemed to have accepted the Debit Success terms and Conditions which can also be found on our website here.
If you enrol via a Debit Success payment plan, you will pay the following fees in addition to the total amount per week for your course access:
$25 per week payment plan: $1.15 per week processing fees + $14.95 dishonour fee (will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract if a payment is missed)
$15 per week payment plan: $0.90 per week processing fees + $14.95 dishonour fee (will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract if a payment is missed)
Furthermore:
OCA has the right to assigns its rights and title in the amounts owed under our Payment Plan arrangement. In the event that this occurs, you will be notified via a Notice of Assignment of Payment Plan letter. Note that this does not change any of your obligations students have to repay their payment plan, but rather adjusts who the payments are owed.
Personal Information
To conduct its proper business and as required under the Education Act 2013 and other laws, regulations, and contractual agreements by which it is bound, OCA may use the student information it holds and may disclose personal information to external agencies such as government departments, bodies responsible for course moderation and professional accreditation or membership and debt collection agencies. Such agencies include, but are not limited to:
Accelerated Learning Pathways
To be eligible for credit when enrolling into our partner courses, graduates of Pathway Course Bundles must enrol with our partner RTOs within six months of completing the Micro-Credential course. Please speak to Student Support to discuss your course options at [email protected].
From time to time, training packages will be updated to ensure content is current with industry trends and needs. As a result, this may cause changes, amendments, and updates to your pathway course.
Centrepay Student/Customer Consent:
OCA acknowledges they must obtain customer consent via a deduction authority before a Centrepay deduction can start, increase, or restart. For any customer queries, please reference servicesaustralia.gov.au/centrepay.

Respectful and professional conduct toward our staff and mentors is essential. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues you may encounter; however, any form of abuse toward our team members will not be tolerated. In cases of abusive behaviour, we reserve the right to cancel your course enrolment and remove you from the learning platform.
